Grace C. Ceccolini is an associate whose practice spans corporate counseling and business litigation. She advises companies and their owners on entity formation, governance, and day-to-day commercial matters, and represents them in disputes involving contracts, closely held business issues, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other complex commercial claims.
Grace earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, where she completed the Trial Practice Institute—a selective, two-year, litigation-focused program. During law school, she sharpened her writing as an associate editor of the Animal and Natural Resources Law Review. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Eastern Michigan University.
