About John A. Hubbard
John leads Hubbard Snitchler & Parzianello’s litigation practice and has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in commercial and financial disputes. His work includes business torts, contract disputes, shareholder and ownership conflicts, securities claims, construction litigation, and matters involving noncompetition and non-solicitation agreements.
John has served as lead counsel in state and federal courts and in arbitrations throughout the United States. His practice includes representing individual and institutional investors in FINRA arbitrations and court proceedings.
John is admitted to practice in Michigan and Florida and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He has also acted as an arbitrator in proceedings administered by organizations including FINRA, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Arbitration Association, and the National Arbitration Forum. John frequently lectures on securities, construction, and employment-law matters.
