Kevin is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan. Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2014 and graduated from the University of Michigan - Dearborn in 2011 with a degree in Political Science. During law school, Kevin externed for Judge David W. McKeague of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit along with receiving Jurisprudence Achievement Awards for his coursework in Patent Law and Rule of Law & Jurisprudence. Kevin was also a member of Michigan IP Inns of the Court during law school and participated in the law college's Study Abroad Program in Bialystok, Poland that focused on US-EU Comparative Law. After law school and before starting in private practice, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Wendy Potts in the Oakland County Circuit Court. In his current practice and prior to joining HSP, Kevin is a business trial lawyer, successfully arguing numerous matters in federal and state court along with handling arbitrations through AAA. Kevin has extensive experience in litigating issues such as business torts, contract disputes, injunctive actions, employment law, and real property disputes.
Kevin is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and Michigan state courts.
Kevin is on the Regional Board for the Anti-Defamation League's Michigan region and is co-chair of the Advocacy Committee. Previously, he served as chair of the ADL Michigan region's Sills/Glass Leadership Institute.
